We offer standard free shipping within the Continental US. Free shipping to the lower 48 usually takes between 3 to 5 business days but you should allow 3 to 10 business days depending on carrier used and delivery location.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@honestgrowsupply.com

We work extremely hard to ensure that our customers receive the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than HonestGrowSupply.com within 90 days of your purchase date, please let us know and we will happily refund your original payment for the difference.

Horticulture Lighting Group provides a 5 Year Warranty on all DLC certified fixtures, 3 Year Limited Warranty, 2 Year on select Lighting, and 1 Year Limited Warranty on DIY Kits, or Otherwise Stated.

HLG 30 Day Return Policy

Horticulture Lighting Group upholds the highest standard of quality for all of their products. We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed expectations. Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is manufactured and shipped in perfect condition. But, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Honest Grow Supply will refund the full cost of the returned item minus shipping and 10% restocking fee. If an order shipped is defective, Horticulture Lighting Group will also reimburse you for the shipping charges for the original product.

To qualify for a refund, replacement or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received and must be in the original packaging.
